In a large bowl combine 3 cups of frozen blueberries with one can (15oz) of drained unsweetened sliced peaches. Add quarter cup of minute tapioca, 2 teaspoons of powdered stevia and a splash of lemon juice. Mix everything together and use as filling for either a Whole Grain Pie Crust or for Sherry's Nutty Pie Crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour or until the blueberry juices begin to bubble. Enough filling for one very full pie.
