How Do I Make Melon-Pineapple Sorbet?

Here is how you make Melon-Pineapple Sorbet:

In a sauce pan bring to boil for 5 minutes: Water, Sugar, and salt. Stirring to dissolve the sugar and making sure it does not stick to bottom or sides. After the 5 minute boiling time remove from heat and set aside the syrup to cool. While syrup cools chop fresh fruit and add to blender or food processor. When syrup is cooled and to the fresh fruit and blend til smooth.When you finish blending just pour fruit into freezer containers and freeze.After 1 hour shake the slushy fruit mixture so that it is still blended and does not separate.
