1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground allspice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray, set aside.Poke holes in the sweet potato. Place in plastic grocery bag with some water.
