I had chia seeds at work without any way to consume them. Devided to experiment with the Keurig and my new fab flavor. Had to tweek it a few times but now its perfect for me. I gulp it down within a minute and stay full for about 3 hours. Sometimes ground chia seeds have been hard to disquise it's flavor in yogurt or oatmeal but the chocolate and coconut oil hide it well.

Here is how you make Hot Cocoa Chia Seed Pudding:

Put chia seeds (ground) and coconut oil at the bottom of the cup. Brew your favorite K cup of hot cocoa ( highly suggest the salted caramel). Use the lowest brew size to avoid extra liquid (makes the pudding thicken more). Stir the yumminess every few minutes for about 30 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved.
