Here is how you make Pumpkin Yum!:

Preheat oven to 425.Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs and egg whites in a large bowl.Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.Gradually stir in evaporated milk.Pour into baking dish (I used a 3 qt cassarole dish) and bake in 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350, and bake for 75 more minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean (will depend on what size dish you use). Cool and serve. Makes 16 - 1/2 cup servings.
