Carve your Jack o Lantern LOL Or just buy a pumpkin. Cut pumpkin in to roughly 1 inch pieces. Place in sauce pan with 1/2 cup water. Boil until tender. preheat oven to 375Drain pumpkin and puree. Add in Brown sugar Margarine and cinnamon. Pour in to a 7x11 baking dish and bake in the oven about 30 min or until firm. Adjust spice to your own taste. Works wonderful with splenda. You can use pumpkin pie spice for an added twist. Serve warm and enjoy as a side or dessert.
