Put first four ingredients in bowl. Add water to make dough. Add 1/2 of the oil to dough. Put remaining oil in 9 X 13 baking pan. Mix well. Put on flour board and roll out. Cut biscuits. put in pan. I flip mine in the oil in the pan as I cut them. Place in 450 oven and bake until done.Mix remaining ingredients to make icing. Remove from oven and ice while hot.
