This makes the Base for a LOT of Rhubarb Citrus Punch. Freeze the base in amounts you desire. To make punch add 1 part base, 2 parts water, or substitute half the water with club soda. This yields about 16 cups of base mix. I have NOT tried it with splenda or other substitutes. This would be wonderful with fresh lemons and limes, but do not have them readily available here. Strain through a sieve (I usually use a cheesecloth bag)Then add:6 cups granulated sugar to the hot mixture, and stir til dissolved.Next add:1 can frozen lemonade 1 can frozen limeade 1 can frozen orange juice3 cups lemon juice (bottled)1 1/2 cups lime juice (bottled)Stir well til mixed and all the sugar is dissolved, and juices defrosted. Put into containers to freeze. I like to use washed out milk cartons. I divide this into 4 of these, and them place in freezer.
