Here is how you make Apple Rice:

Use soft rice. Wash the rice with hot water then combine with salt and cold milk. You can add some lemon cest. Bring to boil and simmer. Peel and core the apples and cut in cubes. When half done (about 10-15min) apples, 25gm sugar and raisins. Continue at a simmer. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon.
