This is a side dish found on my emeals.com meal plan. It sounds so weird but tastes SO ridiculously delicious! It has a toasted butter taste and really deepens and sweetens the flavor of the pineapple. Tastes great as is but would also be so good with some light frozen yogurt and macadamia nuts for dessert.
