1 small can of Dole pineapple chunks packed in juice

How Do I Make Summer Jell-o Salad?

Here is how you make Summer Jell-o Salad:

Prepare jell-o as indicated on the box, but instead of using cold water to start the jell process use ice cubes. Just measure them out in your measuring cup the same as the water. Divide the jell-o into two containers. Place half into your serving bowl and allow it to begin jelling in your refrigerator. Put the other in a working container and do the same.Drain pineapple and rinse with cold water. I use the left over juice when preparing ham steaks.Rinse and cut up the celery into small bite sized pieces.After the jell-o has begun to set, remove both containers from the fridge. In the serving bowl, mix in the pineapple and half the celery. In the working bowl, mix in the sour cream and the rest of the cleary. Add the sour cream mixture to the top of the serving bowl mixture and return it to the fridge.If you don't want to work with two seperate bowls, just mix all the ingreadients together and jell at once....the appearance is light green. Its yummy as a snack or side dish with a meal or as desert.
