I put 2 bananas, 30 blueberries and about 7-8 strawberries. I added HALF of a bottle of water of Aquafina 16.9 oz of water. The more water you add the more watered down it tastes so only start with a little bit of water. then increase as you taste it. placed them all in a blender and blended it for a good 3-4 min. As you will see pieces of the blueberries will not be blended so you'll have some "pulp" this is normal and those that drink regular blueberry smoothies know. Enjoy!
