Here is how you make Strawberry Protein Smoothie/Milkshake:

Freeze fresh strawberries overnight. Place one cup milk in a glass container and set in freezer for about 10 min to get reallly cold. Place single serving container of yogurt in freezer as well. Pour milk, yogurt, and berries into a glass or blender. I used a stick blender, but any blender will work. Put lid on blender or cover the container with a paper towel, you will get splashed! Blend until thick and creamy. Taste and add sweetner as desired. Makes 1 serving for a great breakfast, or 2 smaller servings for a snack!You can always substitute fruit or flavored yogurts or even milk, but this is amazingly thick and full of protein b/c of the frozen berries and yogurt!
