Here is how you make Sugar Free Jello Delight:

Place Pineapple and sugar free jello in a sause pan. Bring to a full boil, making sure all Jello is disolved. Remove from heat. Let this cool completely. Then add lowfat buttermilk and sugar free cool whip. Mix completely, and pour into serving dish. Place in the fridge until set. About 2 hrs. Makes 12 servings.
