1.5 tbsp honey
11-12 Wonton wrappers
1 tbsp cinammon
granulated sugar to taste.


How Do I Make Sweet Wontons?

Here is how you make Sweet Wontons:

1) In small bowl, combine sugar and cinammon.2) Finely chop half of a large apple.3) Lay out 11-12 wonton wrappers, adding a few apple chunks to the center of each. Drizzle honey* over the apple chunks.4) With a wet finger, fold wontons in to burrito shape, pressing down edges with wet finger.5) Dampen the top of the wonton and sprinkle sugar** and cinammon over the top of the cookies, pressing down as you go. 6) Place wontons on to a non-stick cookie sheet and pop in to the oven at 425 F, for approximately 15 minutes. They are great served warm or cool!* You can add or eliminate honey to taste.
