Here is how you make Quick Plum Tart:

On lightly floured cookie sheet or pizza sheet, roll crust round to a slightly larger size. Arrange your plum slices in a pretty, overlapping pattern about the size of a dinner plate or slightly larger, starting in te center and leaving about four inches at the edges. Combine sugar and vanilla; stir together until it looks evenly mized, then sprinkle over plums. Fold edges of dough over the edge of the fruit (this can be done decoratively if you try, but it's not that important). Bake in 400 degree oven unitl crust is golden. Expect some drainage of fruit juices; place a sheet of foil on oven shelf below. Allow to cool, carefully transfer to decorative plate; serve at room temperature.
