Here is how you make Green Tomato Crisp:

Combine sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside. Mix tomatoes and raisins, put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle dry mixture over tomatoes and raisins. Cut butter into 1 T slices and place on top. Cook 45-50 minutes on 375 degrees. Allow to cool before serving.
