Here is how you make Walnut Cups:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pans with paper liners.2. In medium bowl, mix Cream cheese, Half cup of butter and Flour mix till a dough forms. Roll in to 1 inch balls and press in to bottom and up the sides of the prepared muffin pan.3. In a small bowl, blend Egg, Butter, Vanilla and Brown sugar till smooth. Stir in chopped Walnuts. SPOON mixture in to the muffin cups do not fill to the top just 1/2 full only or it will come over the top.4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven till crusts are golden. OPTIONAL-Use one large GHIRARDELLI choc chip immediately on top of filling while it is hot to melt over the Walnut filling.Serving Size:?24 servings Mini Muffin Pan
