I got this recipe from a colleague in my work division. It needs a bit tweaking for my tastes, but is pretty good as is. I'm going to be experimenting with it, so I'll try to keep this recipe posted. I can tell you that 1 cup of sugar is too much, and that the butter should be stirred into the walnuts, not poured into the bottom of the pan.Below are the original instructions for this recipe:Beat the egg white and water together until foamy. Coat the walnuts with this mixture.In separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Add walnuts.Melt butter on jellyroll pan, spread walnuts out on pan.
