Cooking Time depends on you ice cream freezer.In a bowl mix together all ingredients.Transfer ingredients to icecream freezer and follow manufactures instrucitons for operation.When done, put in air tight container and put in freezer. Freezer for at least an hour before serving. This is a great make ahead dessert.Use a scoop run under warm water or let frozen yogurt sit for 2-3 minutes before you scoop.Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings.**You can use any fruit - it will change the calories slightly. You can use a differect protein powder, the key is a easily mixable one that is low in sugar and carbs. You can do this with any flavor of yogurt - the calories will change slightly. Just keep to low or non-fat varieties of yogurt.** You could put this straight in the freezer w/o the ice cream freezer, but it wouldn't be the same.
