1 C plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 C butter or margarine, softened
3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

frosting:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt


How Do I Make Mile High Yogurt Brownies?

Here is how you make Mile High Yogurt Brownies:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 8 inch square baking pan. Combine sugar, 1 cup yogurt, eggs, butter, melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat until blended. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat on low until blended. Spread batter in pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Test with a toothpick.For frosting: melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup yogurt.
