I revised this recipe from "Wholesome Sugarfree Cooking". I couldn't believe how good these were not using ANY sugar or sugar substitute. The original recipe does not include pineapple juice, egg whites (it uses the whole egg), cinnamon, nutmeg or the "Soy Energy Blend". The "Soy Energy Blend" really makes it deeeee-licious!! It is worth the trip to the grocery store if you do not have it on-hand!
