1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups grated raw zucchini
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour

Here is how you make Zuchini Bars:

Beat eggs until light and foamy, add sugar, butter, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly but well.Combine flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to egg-zucchini mixture. Stir until well blended, add nuts. Pour into 12 x 17 inch jelly roll pan. combine ingredients for topping, sprinkle over batter.
