Peel the squash and sweet potatoes, cube apple, squash, turkey kielbasa, sweet potatoes and chop onion. After the first two hours, add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and mash down with a potato masher. I know this sounds weird, but it helps to make the squash, potatoes and apple break down faster.
