makes 8 2inchx3inch slicesheat oven to 375 degreesbrown ground beef with 1 chopped onion, add salsa and red taco sauce, spoon into ungreased 13x9 inch glass baking dish, separate dough into 8 biscuits and cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, add to ground beef mixture. using rubber spatula, stir, coating biscuit pieces, spread evenly in dish. Bake about 25 min. or 'til sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown. sprinkle cheese over top and bake an additional 10 to 15 min. longer or til the cheese is bubbly.
