Here is how you make Penne Bake:

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare pasta. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat to medium. Add onion until slightly softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic, cook for a couple more minutes. Remove from heat, stir in ricotta cheese and basil. Transfer contensts to bowl with cooked pasta. Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup mozz cheese. Spray 8x8 pan with nonstick spray and fill with contens of the bowl. Top with parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven about 15 minutes.
