Not sure what to call this. It is adapted from the old 70's cottage cheese-and-cornflakes loaf recipe from Kellogg. More fiber and added veggies with less fat but still vegetarian, simple, filling and high protein. NOT vegan, feeds 10 or more, kids like it.

Onion Soup Mix, or any dry mix preferred
1 Tsp your choice dried herbs
Almonds slivers, dry toasted, 1/2 cup
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 2 cup
Kellogg's All-Bran, 1 cup (or other high fiber whole-grain flakes)
Broccoli Slaw, 1 cup, diced up tiny

Here is how you make Vegetarian bake:

Heat oven to 350 and spray 13x9 baking dish. Mix all ingredients in the order listed and pour into pan. This will look weird but the texture bakes up nicely. Cover for the first 30 minutes, then take foil off and keep an eye on it for 20-30 additional. I use the heat while the oven is on to also roast up cubes of butternut squash and other veggies so your time may be less. It is done when the top browns and it is all firm.
