Wash asparagus and cut off tough ends. Lay in single layer in oven safe casserole dish. Melt 2 tbsp. butter or butter subtitute and drizzle over asparagus. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and dash of coarse black pepper. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes (I like mine tender crisp, if you like it a little more done- try 20 minutes). Voila- healthy, yummy side dish for dinner - or sometimes main course for lunch!
