Pre heat oven to 400*. Place egg substitute in a shallow bowl. Place Bread crumbs, peppers, & garlic in another shallow bowl and mix. Dip fish first in egg then in pepper/ bread crumb mixture. Does not need to be totally covered with crumbs. Place fish onto sprayed oven pan and sprinkle with parsley.
