1 can of Whole Baby Corn
1 can of low fat Cream of Mushroom soup by Campbells
seasoning of your choice, garlic, onion, or Mrs. Dash


How Do I Make Baked Fusilli?

Here is how you make Baked Fusilli:

Cook the noodles and drain them, cook them to taste but leave a little firm as they will bake in the oven after they are done. Open can of cream of mushroom combine with 1 can of water, whisk the soup until it is creamy, then add the frozen veggies and the pasta into the soup.
