Here is how you make Tina's Parmesan baked Cod:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter a baking dish and set aside. Salt and pepper each 3 oz piece of cod. In a bowl mix egg & coconut milk. In a shallow pan mix Parmesan, flour and spices. Dip each piece of cod in the egg mixture and then roll into parmesan flour mixture and place into the buttered baking dish. Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto each piece of cod.
