Here is how you make Baked Spaghetti:

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain, then stir in butter to keep from sticking. Brown meat in a pan and drain any fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Squeeze out excess moisture from spinach. Combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, scallions, and parmesan cheese. Using a 3-quart deep casserole dish, layer half of spaghetti, half of spinach and cream cheese mixture, half of sauce, and half of mozzarella cheese. Repeat Layers.
