Here is how you make Baked Vegetables:

Pour the oil in a large mixing bowlSlice the vegetables thin and mix them in the bowl seperating them to coat with the oil as best possible.In a small bowl mix the dry ingredients.Add the dry ingredients to the large bowl and mix to coat the vegetable slices.Use the reserved oil to coat a large cookie sheet. Spread the vegetables out on the pan.Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. The longer they bake the more moisture will come out.
