Here is how you make Two Bean Burritos:

Mix one can refried beans, 1 cup black beans, half of the enchilada sauce and two cups spinach (chopped) in a bowl. Divide mixture in two. Spoon 1/2 mixture into one tortilla, roll up and place in baking dish. Do the same with the second tortilla and the left over bean mixture. Pour remaining exchilada sauce over the burritos.
