3 tbsp Carribean spice mix with roasted garlic or seasoning blend of your choice.

Here is how you make Carribean Black Bean Loaf:

If using canned black beans, reserve liquid. I prefer cooking from dry and using that liquid. Puree or mash most of the beans using bean liquid to help in a blender. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 5 loaves. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
