1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon dried Tyme

Here is how you make Grilled Lamb Chops w/Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans:

Wash the potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.Slice the onion into long stripsAdd the onions and potatoes to a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt, Tumeric, Rosemary and pepper and toss to coat.Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and put into a 375 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until fork tender. Add the blanched green beans to the baking sheet for the last 10 - 15 minutes.While the potatoes are cooking season the lamb chop with salt, pepper and tyme on both sides.
