In large non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown beef. Meanwhile, combine soups and mushrooms with 1/2 soup can of water. Combine beef with soup, reserving 1/4th of the soup mixture before adding beef. Spray nonstick spray on 3-4 quart baking dish and layer the beef mixture in bottom. Layer potatoes on top and pour remaining soup mixture over the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
