4 Costco Bacon Wrapped beef Fillets
salt
garlic powder
1 stick salted Butter softened
1 cup fresh Mushrooms sliced and chopped
1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 cup Deli Brown Mustard
4 slices Havarti Cheese
2 tbsp dried tarragon
1 sheet pepperidge farms puff pastry


How Do I Make Beef Welington?

Here is how you make Beef Welington:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season steaks with salt and garlic powder. Roll out puff pastry on lightly floured surface until doubled in size. Cut pastry into four equal square shaped portions. Combine 6tbsp. of the butter with mustard, tarragon, and onion flakes then stir in mushroom pieces until well mixed. Melt two tbsp of the butter in very hot skillet and quickly sear the steaks on both sides. (About one minutes per side. ) Place one steak on each square of pastry top with 1/4 of mushroom mixture and a slice of cheese. Securely wrap puff pastry around steak and toppings, sealing all openings and taking care not to tear the pastry . Place wrapped steaks on baking sheet .
