Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the meatloaf ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Bake for 1 hour. In a skillet, combine ingredients for glaze over medium heat, and cook ONLY until it starts to boil and remove from heat. Cover and set aside. After one hour add 1/2 of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf and bake for 10 minutes.
