Here is how you make Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables with Bow Tie Pasta:

Brown the beef for about two minutes in olive oil. Add soy sauce, Mirin, Sesame oil and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour. Set the beef and sauce aside. In olive oil, stir fry onion until clear. Add yellow squash, zuccini, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Turn heat down to simmer, cover and cook for another 3 minutes.
