Generously pierce potatoes with fork. Place on micorwavable paper towel. Micorwave on high 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until tender. Cover, let stand covered 5 minutes.2. Meanwhile, in heavy 5 quart dutch oven, heat oil over high heat. Add venison, mushrooms and onion; sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until meat is cooked through and vegetables begin to soften.3. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling. Cook uncovered over high heat 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.
