Add garlic and cook for 1 additional minute. Add water and boullion, bring to a boil and simmer for 40-45 minutes til beef is tender. Add cabbage, zucchini, green pepper, and habanero pepper, with seeds removed if you like it spicy and with the seeds if you like it really spicy. If you want less spice the original recipe calls for garnishing it with crushed red pepper flakes instead of adding the habanero. Bring to boil again and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peanut butter before serving. Serve over white rice and enjoy some plantains with it. Wasn't exactly the african beef stew I was looking for but it was pretty good.
