Here is how you make Angelia's Beef Stew:

Brown beef in EVOO about 7 mins. Add tomato paste and Worchestshire sauce along with broth and seasonings. Add meat to crock pot reserving some of the liquid. Add flour to cold water and mix. Add to reserved hot liquid. Add bay leaf and pour over meat. Add carrots and potatoes and cook on high for 6 hrs. Cook mushrooms. Set aside.
