1 Cup Burgundy Wine
1 Cup Beef Stock or Broth
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups Mushrooms, Sliced
2 Cups Onion, Roughly Chopped
1 Cup Carrots, Chopped
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Water

Here is how you make Beef Burgundy Stew:

1. Place all vegitables in the bottom of the crockpot.2. Brown meat in oil over med. heat and transfer to crockpot.3. Mix Cr. of Mush soup, dry onion soup mix, wine, beef stock, seasoning and worcestershire sauce and pour over beef and vegitables.4. Cover and cook for 10 - 12 hours.5. Combine water and flour and stir into beef mixture, turning the crockpot to high.6. Cook and stir until thinkened and bubbly.7.
