Place beef and flour in a bowl to coat meat. Combine the beef and vegetables in the crock pot. Mix the ketchup, worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, salt and hot broth. Pour over meat and vegetables. Put lid on crock pot.Set on high until crock pot get warm (~15 minutes). Put on low for 8 hours. Only stir at the end (do not take lid off).Serve and enjoy.
