3 serving Worchestershire Sauce 1 tsp/serving
3 tsp Kosher salt
1.5 tsp Black Pepper
1.5 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour


How Do I Make Beef Stew in Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System?

Here is how you make Beef Stew in Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System:

combine flour, salt and pepper and place in a pie pan. Heat oil in Ninja cooker on high stove top setting. Dredge meat in flour. Add dredged meat to cooker. Brown meat. Chop onion and garlic. Slice carrots & celery in half moons, 1" thick. Wash and cut potatoes in cubes. Once meat is browned add onions, stir and cook until translucent. Add carrots, potatoes and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium stove top setting. Combine 2 cups of boiling hot water to 2 tsp of bouillon and Worchestershire sauce and add to beef mixture. Stir to combine. Add 2 bay leaves . Set Ninja to 350 degrees F and put top on Ninja to cook for 1 hour. Check 1/2 way through cooking to see if you need to add the rest of the water and bouillon.
