Add stew meat. Brown throughly on all sides. Add 4 Cups water, dried peas and 1/2 cup of red wine. Bring to boil. Place lid on pressure cooker and cook under pressure 12 minutes. (Until almost tender in dutch oven.) Allow pressure to dissipate before opening cooker. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till vegetables are to your done. Usually need to add another 3-4 cups of water. I simmer slowly for about 2 hours.
