Here is how you make Chunky Beef Stew with Zest:

Trim the fat from stew beef and brown. Place in large pot. Chop remaining vegetables into chunks and place in pot with stew meat. Fill with hot water until it just covers the vegetables. Add beef stew mix, stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
