Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato diced

Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup
Tomato Paste, 2 tbsp
Green Beans (snap), 1/2 cup fresh or frozen
Cornstarch 1 tbsp


How Do I Make Kenyan Beef Stew?

Here is how you make Kenyan Beef Stew:

Heat oil in large skillet. Brown onions in oil. Add tomatoes and cook down for a minute or two. Add beef and 1/2 cup broth. Cook at a simmer for at least 30 - 45 minutes until beef is very tender. Watch closely that meat doesn't dry out. Add more broth or water as needed.Add green beans and cook until heated. Stir in tomato paste.Mix cornstarch in remaining broth - add to beef mixture and simmer for 5-10 minutes until thick.
