Place in a large casserole dish (I use my lasagne pan), add the package of soup mix, the can of beef broth, and fill the pan halfway with water. Cook in 375 degree onion for 60 minutes or until beef starts to tenderize.Add all veggies except mushrooms and peas, as well as spices. Cook another 30-45 minutes or until potatoes start to soften.Add mushrooms, peas, and cornstarch to thicken 10-15 minutes before finished.
